HOW TO MEASURE
Measure your waist between your ribs and hips (around the belly button). Pull tape tight for best measurement. Don't use your pant size to determine the size of your lifting belt.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Lay flat and allow to fully dry post workout. Do not leave in direct sunlight. Apply a good quality leather conditioner to nourish and protect the leather.
